Atmosphere
Atmosphere
The
atmosphere at the Weber Grill is cozy and comfortable. Do not, however, confuse
this with not being upscale. The Weber Grill uses pieces of grills and elements
of the “outdoor bbq” style and manages to elevate it to the standard of the
food and service expectations.
Service
The
service left our party a bit wanting, the waitress, while clearly knowledgeable
about the food, did not provide as warm an experience as the décor. Overall the
service experience was fine, my only suggestion is when a wait staff member
boxes a salad to be taken home, please include the dressing.
Food/Drinks
We
chose to experience the Devour Downtown menu while at the Weber Grill. The menu
allowed you to choose a soup or salad, an entrée with side dishes, and a
dessert for each person. I chose the Caesar salad to being and cannot say
enough good things about this salad. It was crisp lettuce, homemade croutons,
the perfect balance of dressing and shaved parmesan cheese, it was almost
perfection! I followed the salad with the filet entrée, with a side of mashed
potatoes. The filet, ordered medium rare, was cooked well and was juicy, a
perfect pairing with the potatoes. Last, but certainly not least, the dessert
was a wonderful piece of cheesecake. My dessert choice outshined the other of
the double chocolate pound cake. The cheesecake offered a buttery yet light
crust, a well-executed filling, and topped with a sweet yet not overpowering
fruit sauce.
Overview
I would
highly recommend giving the Weber Grill a visit. It is an experience for the
senses and I do not believe you will be disappointed with any selection.
